Mr. Hjorth is an experienced Team Leader in establishing and running of projects of SME-development and VET-programmes. He has a well developed ability of creating lasting and strong relations between projects and their beneficiaries. He has operated in industrial processes between local and Western institutions for more than 10 years. He has performed as TL for more EU-projects in transition economies. He has performed training in SMEs. Monitoring and evaluation of multi-facetted projects. Reporting, promotion, and awareness raising within EU-procedures. Delivered and supervised in-house training in industrial companies. More than 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship on trainer- and project levels.
